This Privacy Policy explains how Moruk, LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and safeguards your information when you use the Moruk AI Studios mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). 1. Information We Collect

  • Information you provide to us. Account details, email address, profile photos, chat screenshots, and any other information you choose to share.
  • Automatically collected information. Device type, operating system version, IP address, usage data, and diagnostic logs.
  • Cookies & similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate site performance without cookies or fingerprinting. Google Analytics 4 runs through Cloudflare Zaraz and follows your saved choice and applicable regional requirements. It starts only after consent where required. In other regions it may start automatically unless Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled. Separately, Ahrefs Bot Analytics receives full server request details for eligible page, redirect, sitemap, and feed requests, including the full URL and query parameters, IP address, user agent, response details, request method, status, and referrer. This server side collection does not use cookies and is independent of the browser analytics choice, Global Privacy Control, and Do Not Track.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate and maintain the Services;
  • To personalise features such as photo rating or chat assistance;
  • To communicate with you, including updates and promotional messages (you may opt out);
  • To monitor, analyse, and improve the Services and develop new features;
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraud;
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

We process your personal data under the following bases: (a) your consent; (b) performance of a contract; (c) legitimate interests; and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted processors who assist us in delivering the Services (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics) under strict data protection agreements, or when required by law.

5. International Transfers

Your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Moruk AI Studios is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us for deletion.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the app or email.
